Pros

It's a good team of smart people, everyone here has something to contribute and they are respected for it and expected to do that. Our main market focus is Solar currently, which is growing very quickly. It's great to be in a fast moving field that also makes you feel good about your positive impact on the larger world. I've already had opportunities to change my role and learn new things in < 2 years I've been here.

Cons

The flat organizational structure is definitely a plus, but sometimes a little more structure would be helpful. This is being implemented as we grow, and maintaining a good balance has been explicitly discussed in all-staff meetings, so I think the transition will continue to go pretty smoothly.

Pros

Great team that believes in the company mission and builds a lot of interesting products.

Cons

At times building products for industries and customers that don't yet have the capability to use them is frustrating. At times, features can block forward progress (but it's vastly improved during my time there)

Pros

-Transparent and flat organization, no egos. -No turnover. People don't leave this company. -Attention to technology and design. -Very clear that the company is on an upward trajectory and positioned well for the next growth phase. -Amazing customer base (company's customers are the leaders in the space, big name companies). -Flexible culture with a "get your stuff done attitude and do what you need to do". No face time. -Competitive salary and stock options (both of these are generous for a company of this size). -Strong backing from an industry leading strategic investor.

Cons

-Growing pains as it transitions from a start-up to a growth company. They'll figure it out. -Resource constrained. Good problem to have but the team needs to grow to meet customer demands.
