I would not recommend a role in the Clinical Lab department-
• The management lacks leadership and understanding of how to run a department. For example, they will tell candidates applying for a CLS position that you will be performing mobile lab testing, working 4 days a week, when in fact, that is actually not the case and will not happen until many many months down the road (maybe).
• Upon arrival, you will be given a laptop and a desk and will be required to write SOP's, manuals, data analysis reports, etc. Basically- "we don't know how this works, we need you to figure it out for us."
• This place is being built from the ground up, so there is no structure, no organization, and an incompetent leadership to drive it all.
• They make their Clinical lab department sound very enticing, but I would caution anyone seeking employment in this lab. It's not all they paint it to be.
