Good company, people and management.

Chapter 11/layoffs, etc... Was great while it lasted

- Great competitive salary and bonuses - Good office and perks (free good lunch, snake, ..) - Very flexible on face-time as far as you do your job, - Visionary strong CEO, - really world class Advisory Board, -very hard working smart team. Have been here just over a year and half and confident that there is no better place that I could have landed. Once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of bringing something that will fundamentally change people’s lives in such a impactful way. Very gratifying feeling at the end of the day to be able to reflect on this impact, regardless of how challenging it might have been that day.

Easy to get distracted as there are so many paths and opportunity to take. While we want and need to innovate in all fronts all the time, we have to be able to systematically manage further and further focus. I found top management defining very focused goals, but mid-managers leading R&D and loves to have multiple options. that can get very large and result to lack of focus and on-time delivery.
