Pros

Fellow employees worked great as a team. Residents were fun to hang out with and to get to know.

Cons

They do not offer any "real" benefits for their employees. In a place like this it would be an ideal job if you have a husband/spouse with a killer retirement plan because they don't offer it there. The pay is embarrassing for how hard that you work and it was nearly impossible without bagging to get a raise that is anything more than 2%. At the rate that they pay their employees, they will never be able to afford to live in a place like Gencare when they retire. Continued education for Management does not exist and employees are asked to do things outside of the scope of the work.
