Freedom to manage my territory without too much supervision. Reporting and forecasting was not micro managed which allowed me to spend more time selling and supporting dealers.

Products were not the best on the market and quality was questionable. We were like the ugly step child to Dexis which seemed to get more support from Danaher.

Few of the employees were nice.
