No cons in first six months of working here- looking to grow within the organization

Benefits. That’s the only pro.

Where do I begin? Toxic culture. Back stabbing from top down. Huge employee turnover. If you last a year you’re one of the most tenured. Diva atmosphere. Do 9 things wrong but get one thing right they pat each other on the back non stop. Leadership has no clue on how to manage people. They will make things up , say they support you and then you get the call from HR on a Friday you are gone. I’ve never worked for a group of people so full of themselves. Reeks of arrogance. It’s also run by a small overseas group that could care less about its people. I may also add the entire US team is terrified of this group. Quotas and territories are not manageable. CRM software is not accurate by any stretch. Numbers are literally pulled out of thin air. So many good people were used by these people. So sad. Oh, and the device is a rip off. $30k, you can get the same device for $300 on EBay.
