      There is nothing pros about this place

      Cons

      - Insane numbers of working hours. My manager demanded that from me. Work and life balance is a joke for this place. - Very chaos place so quality is often compromised, especially for medical device products. This also reflects the view of some managers who don't have background in medical device.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were great. The company has a lot of potential if they focus on what makes money.

      Cons

      No equity amongst staff, treat the people that come to work everyday better. No systems in place to get things done.
