Pros

Good as backup job until you find new one. Good for fresh startes with no family. This place had good laid back culture but some new faces in management created havoc forced to leave longtime good people who.actually worked hard to make company successfull. I regret spending 5 years of my prime career at this place as when time came to move up in ladder new management created thier own lobby keeping like us at the gate.

Cons

Pay more and hire good directors who has vision not the ones who are interested only making their career. Stop Favoritism killing culture of equality. I know of one director literally doesn't know what he is talking in front of seasoned cutomers. This is the level of engineering knowledge base. Be ready for discrimination and disrespect. Do and act exactly what your director/manager want.

Pros

No background checks. Good for people needing a job quickly.

Cons

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
