      Pros

      Pay is average. I wouldn't say it is bad, but it is not the best Work/Life Balance is nice. Overtime is rare for an Engineer but is a weekly duty for Shop Workers Flexible and freedom to Scope out and Work on New Ideas

      Cons

      Moral of Shop Workers. No Bonuses even though the Company is posting record profits

      Replacing american engineers with foreign ones and eventually transitioning to engineering being entirely in india.
