Pros
Continuous flow of challenges. Company is willing to invest in new production equipment/technology. Opportunities to travel/relocate if desired. All signs point to a bright future with continued growth for Generac which provides substantial job security
Cons
Extremely difficult to complete goals on time, under budget, etc. due to steadily increase in demand. Currently experiencing severe resource shortages which has been resulting in certain positions being required to pick up slack time after time. Short term workload increase would seem to be acceptable however thus far, it seems like Generac hasn’t identified this as a core issue. A consistent flow of employees leaving and spots not being filled at all or in a timely manner will continue to dig a bigger hole to get out of.
