Dissatisfaction - Forklift Operator Generac Power Systems Employee Review

No direct supervision, sloppy management, no order of direct promotion based on skills and expertise. Human resources not available to it's employees. Everything is directed to their online app site for any questions or solutions. Mobile app does not work half the time. Menu on worksite app is very confusing to navigate. Point system is ridiculous. Time off requests are at their discretion not yours. Vacation time is to be earned based on how many hours you work. Anybody is qualified to be a lead. Workplace time with other employees is comparable to being in elementary school with dozens of hall moniters watching you constantly.
