      Pros

      When I started at Generac the pros list was much longer, but as of now I will have to stick with, it has a nice new building, offers decent insurance, and 401k plan.

      Cons

      The company seems to care less than it used to about its employees. Work life balance seems to no longer be a priority. The company has turned into a rotating door.
