- Competitive starting pay - Will offer promotion, raise and retention bonus to try and keep good people after they give their resignation notice

- Terrible leadership from Director level on up to the C-suite - Acquired too many companies too quickly and now trying to "catch up" systems, processes and right-size staffing - Layoffs and mandatory furloughs in Q1 to inflate stock price at expense of employees
