Pros

Great parking lot, cafe' is average, building is extremely new, we had a jeans day, people tend to be grumpy if your into that kind of thing.

Cons

FIRST, before we get into anything else. Why would a company implement an jeans day for their employee's and then take it back? This is a great example of how out of touch and screwed up some of our companies policies are. This puts the icing on the cake for me. We're slipping down a path of brain drain. All the high performers across the company are leaving, which is leaves sub par talent that is overworked and over stressed. Upper level management that have been there for 10+ years at the VP and SVP levels have never seen how a functioning company works and are steering us from a skewed point of view. Years of bad hiring decisions and policy have left most core functions in the company with agressive employees that don't work well in teams. Or people in charge of departments they shouldn't be.

Pros

No background checks. Good for people needing a job quickly.

Cons

Where to start? Poor leadership on all levels. A bunch of talk about quality and the customer but are happy pushing out inferior product and dealing with it later, but then blame all the workers (via no quarterly bonus due to impossible metrics they have little/ no control over) instead of correcting the workers responsible. They are SO CHEAP. Cheap in pay, cheap in providing what employees need in a timely manner or if ever, cheap in benefits, cheap all the way around. They want drones, not humans. Very high turnover rate. A lot of promises and little follow up. If you sign up for the annual company picnic and cant make it, they take money directly out of your check for each person signed up to go. Poor training. Reactive, not proactive.
