      Pros

      Benefits package was very good. Training was amazing. Admin team was superior.

      Cons

      Pay was sub optimal based on the expected rotations and access to personal time. Deployed pay was not on par with competitive contracts. Treated like a yo-yo when it came to work life balance. You’re a flex employee, but we’re expected to stand by with no pay. Communication over all was terrible.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
