Good work environment, great people, good middle management.

Upper management is consistently in the way.

Nice working environment, friendly co-workers, and flexible working hours.

Annual raises and COLA aren't given often; new hires are paid more than current employees in order to attract and bring them in. This causes very poor moral to current employees and there is no incentive to go the extra mile. However, if you're in good with certain management this doesn't apply, and you're compensated much better. Sadly, many great employees have left because of this but the company doesn't seem to care or do anything to retain their employees.
