      Pros

      Very challenging, fast paced work. Lots of very nice, smart, caring people at the individual contributor level.

      Cons

      Management is horrific. They will continue to be horrific until someone realizes that those with actual leadership skills (not bullies) who push back, challenge, and influence real change need to be promoted into leadership roles. We're sick of the "yes men."
