Pros
Very relaxed environment. Management is turning things around and trying to get better in terms of retention. Nice work life balance. Slow pace of work. Benefits are pretty good but industry standard, you can certainly get comparable benefits at any similarly sized company.
Cons
Terrible working conditions. Over flowing trash, filthy bathrooms. I've seen cleaner bathrooms at Grand Central Station. They only recently started to implement career paths that made sense. Before it was time based. If you are even remotely motivated and do not land on the right team, you will be disappointed. I expressed an interest in moving up to the next level and was told that it might take 2-3 years. After I'd been here for 2 years already. No opportunity to move up the pay band either. 5 years at the same salary, same position, and working twice as hard as everyone else? No thanks.
