I've been told by bosses to reach out to people on Facebook messenger and knock on peoples home to get them back into work when management needs something urgent. The pay is minimal. They will give you a decent average pay when you first start, but once you're there you will lose money every year. Yearly raises are 1-3% not even close to beating inflation. If you do a stellar job you might get a bonus for $500 which is around $250 after taxes. Great place to go as a stepping stone, but youll never climb out of lower middle class if you stay.
