Solid company that makes an active effort to keep employees feel involved - System Engineer Associate General Dynamics Information Technology Employee Review

Although they try & keep employees involved, there needs to be some refinement in how they do that. The culture is there, but the execution needs tweaking. The internal mobility option is nice on the surface, but it seemed like their recruiters wanted nothing to do with it. Nothing inherently bad to say about GDIT & would absolute embrace another opportunity with them down the road if it ever worked out.
