Pros
As a tier III rep it pays ok, and the people you work with are great, including supervisors.
Cons
Management is horrible (Above the supervisor position.) Benefits aren't that great. The job is a government contract so most issues come from the fact that the government selected the company based off the fact that it bided low to represent the government.
