      Pros

      They are really good at keeping contracts. Performance reviews and cost of living increases seem to be consistent. Vacation isn’t bad.

      Cons

      Promotion potential is pretty poor. Pay seems to be a little depressed compared to competitors. Healthcare is pretty mediocre. Using the education benefit requires jumping through some hoops.

      Great management, very professional, task oriented, responsive.

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
