      Incompetent management and they does not care about people .The culture can be summarized as one that values politics over work. . It is all about making money. When they are done with you, you are gone! don't count on GDIT internal mobility

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
