      Flexible hours, Good benefits. Your contributions were notice by management. Issue tracking software was used effectively and not as a tool to grade our performance.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
