Pros

The pay was nice for the amount of work you had to do. Sometimes if calls were slow you literally just sat there. You could get hired into other positions as they hire within shift bids allowed you to change your shift every 6 months and if your scores were good then you would likely get the shift you want

Cons

Can get really boring if you sit by yourself or don't get along with those around you

Pros

If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

Cons

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
