      GDIT is a large company, has great benefits, and parts of the company are very forward leaning.

      Cons

      Very little accountability in HQ support sections (recruiting, finance, subcontracts) Can be a bit of a "Good ole boys" club, although that has changed a LITTLE bit since the merger with CSRA Stuck in old ways of operating

      Great management, very professional, task oriented, responsive.

      Cons

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
