Pros
Flexible schedule and a relaxed environment. In my area we didn't have to worry about managers breathing down our necks.
Cons
Low pay unless you had you were the bosses pet otherwise you just made the minimum. Benefits were awful and when they switched carriers with a bad package plan for families they blamed it on Obama in our meeting, it was very unprofessional and disappointing. One of the main reasons I end up leaving after 5 years of employment.
