Pros
They are very generous in their appreciation for their employees and pay pretty well. I got a very nice cooler for my 1 year anniversary with them, a very nice raise and promotion within the first 8 months of working with them. They seem to actually care about their employees.
Cons
The only issues I have is the work I'm doing is boring, not being able to work remote full time, and the location of the job itself. I live about an hour and a half away from the job and the drive home is miserable with DC traffic.
