They dont let you breath back to back calls. You get a counter of 8 seconds but get in trouble for using it . They expect to get a call after. Not worth it they want calls under 10 min and treat customers like trash. How can u provide good service if u worry about metrics that are ridiculous. Make it make sense that QA is bad but u have to rush .
