Pros
If you are interested in learning cybersecurity it’s a great place to learn. Other areas depends on individual project and individual group. Work culture depends on each group, there is no top down culture across the organization.
Cons
It a pure consulting mentality. Your manager will not have interest in your growth rather he/she will look after himself/herself. So it is not easy to grow. Benefits are ok not great !
