Amazing company to work for. Great benefits Good pay 9/80 work schedule so you're off every other Friday Amazing people Flexible schedule so work life balance is achiebable
Cons
Although they are great to work for the cons are very minimal Progress is slow and people do have resistance to change Implementation of new ideas can be difficult Need to work around the union and are prevented from making good changes because of the union. The union is very strong and is a major roadblock when it comes to change and modernization.
