Good pay and Great compressed 48/32 biweekly work schedule with every other Friday off.
Cons
HR department leadership is manipulated & controlled by the Operations groups. Operations always gets what if wants even in HR policy and procedure issues. Operations walks all over the HR group and has little respect for HR.
