9/80 schedule is good, not much overtime if any (Its $25 I didn't have before), benefits are generous if you were in before 2007.
Cons
Management is directed by HR policies of the week (raises, bonuses, and layoffs are all calculated from mismanaged SuccessFactors), self-promotion CYA is the only way to get ahead in this place, JOAP system is a joke, MMPSF (most meaningless positions per sq ft) of any company, mahogany row is too busy padding their wallets to realize the ship is sinking FAST
