Pros
competitive benefits and wages. Flexible work schedule
Cons
They changed to a 2 week pay reporting period. I used to be able to work 40+ hours in a week and get overtime pay for that period. Even If I had to take some time off the next week and charge it to PTO, I would still get paid for the overtime. Now I have to work more than 80 hours over a 2 week period to get OT.
