Pros
Excellent co-workers and supervisors. Enjoyed the projects I was working on during the first two years. Opportunity to work on military projects. Exposure to cutting edge technologies. Opportunities to get a wide array of experience in a short periods.
Cons
Can be moved around from project to project very quickly. At one point I worked on 5 projects in 6 months each using different technologies. Can become jack of all trades master of none. Frequently expected to work weekends with no bonuses for extra work.
