Pros
The people that do care do wonderful work. Always liked the location of the Scottsdale campus. Inexperienced workers will get hired pretty easily to replace those older workers who've been let go. Facilities at Scottsdale campus seem to be going through a facelift, which is needed.
Cons
Management fostered an environment of finger-pointing within projects. If something went wrong during testing and integration, change requests were written against you whether the problem was with your part or not.
