      - Managers are reasonable and want you to succeed. They’ll help you get into whatever specialty you’re interested in. - Work tasks are unique and interesting

      Cons

      - Hardly any in-office/out-of-office activities. People go there to work primarily. - Low diversity. “Pale, Male, Stale” environment.

      Pros

      GD has lots of interesting projects to work on across multiple locations. If you want to make a career at GD, I don't think you would be bored because there is so much to work on. Work has been very stable over decades with no indication that that will change. Work life balance is also valued and generally very good outside of major project milestone deliveries.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive with defense industry but not private sector.
