      Get you in the door for an aerospace career Good benefits Can call in a lot without getting fired

      They don't pay that great Micromanaged No opportunities to move up Non climate controlled Managers don't care about their people

      Pros

      The people who worked in the plant were always kind. They made each day bearable.

      Cons

      Upper management. They would say things like "we are a family" then look to blame anyone if a customer was unhappy. Little advancement opportunity.
