- You don't get the number of hours requested
- Too many applications needed to complete visits.
- Transition from hourly wages to pay-per-visit structure, in which they do not have the patient volume to justify this.
- I wasted the time of former collegues to be references for this job and I declined other positions that paid slightly lower hourly wages. I wish General Medicine would have been forthright from the beginning that they were transitioning to pay-per-visit model. I doubt they came up with this in the one week from the time I interviewed to the time I started. I would have never accepted a pay-per-visit job.
