Terrible management.
Very disorganized organization.
They'll say you're going to be doing one thing and end up doing the opposite.
Pay structure sucks.
You use your own equipment for the first 90 days.
Benefits are poor compared to other companies.
Operates like a startup even though they've been around for decades.
If you want to basically work for a call center this is the job for you.
There are definitely way better MSP's to work for.
