      Pros

      - The CTO guides well the engineering effort. He has the knowledge required. - Good tools. - Friendly environment. Still engineer-centric; management will listen and there is a chance to make a difference. - As a developer, I feel the hierarchy allows me to focus in what I am doing and I do not have to wear too many hats. - Emphasis on testing; at least in my team there both testers and developers. Reliable products. - Management is understanding with their employees. - They are not tight on hardware; whenever I needed something I got it. - Good moral values, which is something very important.

      Cons

      - Still needs more processes in place, which is mostly expected being a start-up.

      Cutting-edge technology Superb culture Responsive to customer requirements

      Cons

      Global company, which is great, but makes it more difficult to have team building. The company does a great job at informal Slack catch-ups, as well as regular in-personal company all hands in London.

      Pros

      - Great work-life balance - you are given a lot of flexibility if you need it - Working on interesting problems and problems that matter and could make a difference - Some very innovative and unique technology in the stack - You are given trust an autonomy but with enough support to succeed - Being a small company, there's opportunity to work across the teams and with people from all sides of the business

      Cons

      - While the domain is interesting - I've experienced too much focus on a single problem and data type - though this has recently started improving with moving towards commercial opportunities and related trials starting - The unique technology is still in its early days - there is a lot work left to be done to prove that it is market ready
