Terrible - Captive Associate Generali Employee Review

what a terrible experience. a lot of micromanaging. manager made me message her “good morning” every morning as a check in… so patronizing. she would also call me on Teams with no forewarning… ever. no respect for my work schedule/other meetings. overall bad leadership. i never understood my tasks because the manager failed to explain instructions clearly. she was just rude. the company isn’t technologically advanced at all. they do everything in such an antiquated way. please look elsewhere.
