      It is good to learn something in the beginning.

      Cons

      - The unit pricing team lead is very good at politics. She takes her domain as a harem. If you are a person who enjoys toady, please come. - poor work-life balance. It is not suitable for those who need to take care of their families. - poor communication in the team. The atmosphere is quite bad in the team.

      Nice company culture, lots of team building. Absolutely loved getting to know the CEO!

      The ops team culture is poor. There is a high level of micromanaging, with little vision with where they want the team to go. Due to outdated processes, hours can be long.
