Great coworkers, not-so-great management - Customer Service Representative/Teller Generations Bank (Arkansas) Employee Review

Certain members of management team are openly disrespectful to the Teller/CSRs. There is also a serious lack of communication, where one supervisor will tell you one thing and another supervisor will tell you the complete opposite on certain situations. Also, there is an intense atmosphere of favoritism among management.
