Coworkers are wonderful, sweet, helpful people! Good benefits available

Certain members of management team are openly disrespectful to the Teller/CSRs. There is also a serious lack of communication, where one supervisor will tell you one thing and another supervisor will tell you the complete opposite on certain situations. Also, there is an intense atmosphere of favoritism among management.

Pros are it doesn't get super busy.

Pay is very low and benefits are not great.
