The owners care about their company, employees, and residents. They care enough to know people on a first name basis and fly into all their communities to work alongside staff and residents. Paradise Village has a great work environment. Management is encouraging with their staff. There is a good work-life balance. Management is very understanding and flexible.
Cons
The pay is lower than the average. The company and management try to make up for pay with flexible hours and plenty of employee appreciation events.
