Pros
It depends on the department, but company culture is fun and easy going. Good benefits. People choose to spend their career here. PTO includes sick days and vacation. There is a union for non-managment positions, so the likelihood of losing your job if you are in a non management position are low unless you do something really egregious.
Cons
There is only one health provider from which to choose. They use to have Blue Cross Blue Shield. Unless you possess a social work degree or social sciences, mobility is non-existent and this is not the place for you to spend a career.
