The view from inside is epic entertainment. The owner and his management team as the star cast. There’s money to be made.
Cons
The owner. The management. The lack of direction. The lack of documented policies. One end is always played against the other for personal gain. There is no team work. The owner is a sneak and pays his way out of life. Zero life experience and zero collection experience until this company. They will find a cheaper wage to fill a seat just to save a dime. They break laws and try to cover rear. The company makes their own rules and treats their employees like they are nothing. You’re told one thing to be ignored future. The environment is awful. The people are just the same. This is not a place to enjoy your job/career.
