The employer / management they are disrespectful to the employees, shouting at the employees very frequently. Extremely high personnel turn over rate. Theory X management, full of punishments without rewards. The company acts stingy, lack of benefits. Request employees to pay participation fee for the company Christmas party. Company lavatory was being repaired over years but still stink. Sex harassment cases occurred. Office computers are slow, unprofessional and impolite IT support.
