Pros
It is a good company/control room to use as a stepping stone to progress to a real company as dozens of people have done. Pay is below industry standard. Insurance is decent, but pretty par for the course with industry.
Cons
“Management” is horrible!!! You will be told whatever you want to hear to make you hang around, but year after year is full of empty promises. Turnover rate is extremely high, not only because of the below industry standard pay but equally because of the toxic work environment that controllers are in. You are told to be lucky to have a job and repeatedly made to feel as if you do not matter. No incentives, bonuses are non existent, raises are small and very few and far between Looking for a company to make a career at? Sorry bud, this just isn’t the one.
